Bersche-Rolt’s patented stainless steel masonry reinforcement systems are installed in the walls of a building to form composite masonry beams which act to spread the imposed loads evenly throughout the structure, allowing it to move as a single unit.
We install our systems as cost effective alternatives to traditional methods of repair, such as mass concrete underpinning, as well as being used as non-disruptive and concealed solutions for crack stitching, forming remedial lintels and the repair and strengthening of bridges.
Developed and manufactured in-house, our reinforcing bars are designed to provide superior tensile performance as well as an excellent bond with the surrounding masonry.
The reinforcement can be used for full perimeter applications or for the local stiffening and restraint of damaged areas, often forming one part of an overall repair scheme featuring multiple structural repair solutions.
